Shipping Policy 

Shipping Dispatch: We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Delivery Charges: All our orders above INR 499 are delivered free of cost. For orders below INR 499, Shipping cost of INR 100 will be applied.

Order Tracking: Please login to “My Account” and view the status of your order by inserting order number in the track order space. Usually we share a link for tracking order over email, if you have not received the same, Please mail us at : socialorafa@gmail.com. We are available to revert on Weekdays from 10am to 6 Pm.

Order delivery timelines: Usually orders are received by customers within 3 to 5 working days depending on location and logistics delivery partner. We have tie up with most of the leading delivery partners and ensure smooth delivery timelines. For some remote locations (like North East / J&K etc) we have need additional couple of days for delivery.

Order not received within the timelines: If you have not received your order within the timelines, please reach out to us immediately with your registered email address and order details (along with order number) and we will coordinate with delivery partner and update you with the facts.
