Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

All our products are carefully checked before processing the orders. Hence there are no refunds, no exchange and no returns from our side in general except in the below cases:

Returns to processed only if:

• Wrong product or defective product was dispatched
• Damaged product has reached the customer.

Please note that product unboxing video is compulsory to be shared as a proof for processing returns of damaged product. The video should be an unedited one, should clearly show package details and invoice as a proof of wrong or damage product received. Breach of these conditions will result in rejection of the claims.

In both the above cases, the proof to be shared within 24 hours of the delivery. No claims will be entertained after the 24 hours from the delivery. The items must be unworn and unused with tags and original packaging. Any item with damaged packaging will not be returned.

Once your request is accepted, we will replace the ordered product with new one and if the said product goes out of stock then you may select some other item form our collection that is available in stock of same price. We donot have any policy of refund.

Order Cancellation: Orders placed cannot be cancelled as we donot have any cancellation policy.

We don't have exchange in below cases:

• Package lost due to non-availability of the customers to take the delivery and not picking up of calls by delivery partners
• Package not accepted by the recipient
• Products damaged by the customer or recipient
• Products not fit due to size issues. Please get in touch with us before placing orders to understand size
• Delivery address shared incorrect by the person ordering the items. Customer to bear the delivery charges if multiple delivery attempts are made by the delivery partners.
• If there are minor variations in colour or design etc of the items then the product does not qualify for the exchange or returns etc
